Interestingly, the old folk’s heritage talk station (disclosure: my flagship consistently beats them in ratings) tipped off lawyers for the MLB over republican Lembke’s ad, yet were silent when the Cardinals’ logo appeared in Democrat Claire McCaskill’s ad.
