During CPAC I spoke on a religious liberty panel. I made the point that faith is a variable in the discussion of freedoms, that if one freedom is taken, the others can be dispensed with as well, whether it be freedom to worship or freedom to be gay if one chooses.

The Independent's Helen Niania's instead claimed that I said this:

I sent an email:

This person Helen Nianias says that mentioning freedoms is the same thing as saying you want gays stoned? Critical thinking is a necessity for writing, a necessity Nianias lacks, apparently.

I'm tired of hacks trying to cause harm to others simply because they don't like their faith or viewpoints. Enough. Curt Schilling set the example.
