I discussed the issue of potential liability for reopening businesses last week on the program and revisited it again today. Trump was asked in Monday’s presser whether or not he’s heard from businesses concerned about potential liability during the reopening phase. Whether or not businesses are excluded from such action due to worker’s compensation or absence of merit in whatever complaint is brought forth, there is the real possibility of “sue and settle.”
