Bizarre.
Ken Roth, the executive director of Human Rights Watch, claims that terrorist attacks and abductions are not a “rights violation” so long as they only target soldiers.
Essentially, Roth says that open season on all Israeli citizens is OK as IDF service is mandatory for adult Israeli citizens, ages 18 and up, for a period of up to two or three years.
