Democrats in Missouri have a way with voting massive funds their way. We saw it with the Carnahan family windfarm, and we’re seeing it again with Senator Claire McCaskill, who’s holding on to a slim lead against Rep. Todd Akin in the Missouri Senate race. This won’t bode well for her already-tanking unfavorability:

McCaskill’s husband operates or has direct financial interest in various projects which received payments totaling $966,270 in stimulus funds. McCaskill admits that she and her husband “share everything – assets, children, and a house. Some have implied that the assets of my family don’t belong to me. That notion is pretty archaic.”
