Michael Moore has spent the last few days railing against the Second Amendment, yet his bodyguard was arrested some time ago for carrying an unlicensed into JFK airport.

Police took Patrick Burke, who says Moore employs him, into custody after he declared he was carrying a firearm at a ticket counter. Burke is licensed to carry a firearm in Florida and California, but not in New York. Burke was taken to Queens central booking and could potentially be charged with a felony for the incident.

This isn’t the only example of Moore hypocrisy: after famously railing against Scott Walker in Wisconsin, it came to light that Moore uses non-union film crews even when union crews are available.
