Media Matters, which actually employs people to listen to my radio show and write about me on a daily basis, has published a piece claiming that my network employer has “suspended” me. This is the same site which didn’t deny that it regularly colludes with the Obama White House to push narratives, the same site whose zealous devotion to partisanship at all costs has rendered it wholly irrelevant in media circles.
What amuses me is that neither MMfA nor partisan gossip Eric Deggans bothered to reach out to me for comment about my employment situation. Had they done so, they wouldn’t have been able to use me to promote a book of questionable claims. I’ve never had such a discussion about suspension with my network and I’m still a contributor.
I’d be eager for them to do the work of the “journalists” they claim to be and instead of just printing hearsay, actually get someone on record. Since they couldn’t even be bothered to reach me for comment, I doubt they will. It’s much easier to make false claims.
